As much as I want to think of positive points for this watch, I can't think of anything other than the TEJAS factor that got me buy this. Using it for a month now I can tell you the Lume is utterly useless even in low light - making the watch unreadable; thanks to the black dial. Technically the watch is precise, sleek fashionable and all that. But it fails to be an urban watch. I bought it for 14.8K but I have far more beautiful Citizen, Edifice and Timex watches I have bought under 12K.
I will be cautious getting any watches from here in future, since I had to personal call them and request the Warranty card which is Blank - no details. No User guide was/is provided so you can't gift this to anybody who is practical. "I can send you the Warranty image over mail and video to see all the settings." - left a bitter taste to be honest.
BUT the TEJAS print on the back of the case is absolutely eye-catching and along with the Indian Roundel on the dial it will always be conversation starter. It is 5/5 stars as Collectors piece or for someone who collects watches as art pieces. But I give it 3/5 Stars because the product service is not as premium as the price - since even warranty card and user guide weren't provided until a complaint was raised, and barely any lume.
NOW..
If somebody had informed this stuff before I bought the watch, would I still buy it?
Yes. As a collectors piece.
Would I recommend it to someone to buy this?
Yes, but with all the above said points.
JAI HIND.
